Heena Shah holds an MBA in Financial Management and brings over 16 years of experience in transaction advisory across debt and equity markets. Her expertise spans project viability, debt syndication, equity raising, mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling and due diligence.

She leads transactions from structuring through to execution - overseeing financial models, project reports, information memorandums and monitoring frameworks to ensure every deal is well-structured and strategically aligned.

With a strong analytical approach and a keen eye for financial detail, she supports businesses in raising capital, structuring transactions effectively and making informed investment decisions.

Heli Oza

Director- CFO and Financial Solutions

A Chartered Accountant with over eight years of experience, Heli Oza specialises in financial strategy, CFO advisory and debt advisory. Her prior experience as a Credit Manager has provided her with a strong foundation in financial analysis, credit assessment, risk management and business decision-making.
